Purpose:
Tris (2-carbonyl ethyl) phosphate hydrochloride is an organophosphorus compound that can be used as a water-soluble reagent for the selective reduction of disulfides. It is more stable than DTT in mass spectrometry application. It can also be used for selective reduction of disulfide in water.
Biological activity:
