Chemical property:
This product is amber oily liquid, relative density 1.00±0.05, viscosity 0.40 ~ 0.60Pa·s (25ºC), flash point 288ºC, HLB value 10.0. Soluble in mineral oil, corn oil, dioxane, Chemicalbook, methanol, ethanol, ethyl acetate, aniline and toluene, petroleum ether, cottonseed oil, acetone, carbon tetrachloride. It is also dissolved in 5% sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, sodium sulfate and aluminum chloride, dispersed in water, ether and ethylene glycol.
use:
1.This product is widely used in oil extraction and transportation, medicine, cosmetics, paint pigments, textiles, food, pesticides. It is used as emulsifier, dispersant, stabilizer, diffuser, lubricant, softener, antistatic agent, anti-rust agent, finishing agent, viscosity reducer and so on in the production of detergent and anti-rust cleaning of metal surface.
2.Used as emulsifier, wetting agent, penetrant, diffusion agent, etc., also used as a component of cotton fiber and viscose cord tensioning agent. Used as an emulsifier in the production of polyurethane foams. The food industry is used as an ice cream emulsifier, the amount is 0.1% butter, and the general oil is about 1%.
